People who wish to be a member of USI need to be registered medical practitioners (Allopathy) and be either practicing Urology or other branches of medicine related to Urology. The eligible can join under the following categories.

Full Life Members (Only for Citizens of India)

i) Surgeons holding recognized postgraduate qualifications in Urology (e.g.) M.Ch. Urology, DNB Urology or foreign qualifications in Urology (equivalent to M.Ch. or DNB as advised by MCI) and who are practicing Urological specialty in India, are eligible to become full members.
2 Associate Life Members (Only for Citizens of India)

Associate members shall be ;
i) Qualified Surgeons in India, interested in Urology
and devoting a part of their time in either
practice of or teaching in Urology, are eligible
for associate membership.
ii) Consultants of other disciplines of Medicine
practicing in India, having post graduate
qualification, and professionally related to
Urology are eligible.
iii) Post-graduate students who are admitted to MCh
(Urology) or to DNB (Genitourinary surgery) are
eligible for Associate membership. After having
the degree awarded, they will be eligible for
full membership.
Fee Structure
USI offers a special fee for the 'Full & Associate Life Member Category' as per the details below:

3 Overseas International Members

Urological Society of India welcomes all Indian urologists living and working overseas to join USI as 'international members'. USI has recently revised its international membership fee for joining the society as life members. In recognition of the status of overseas citizenship of India (OCI) granted to expatriate indians by the government of India,

USI offers a special fee for the 'International Life Member Category' as per the details below:

Non SAARC countries : US$ 500

If you are an eligible urologist of Indian origin practicing overseas, please make use of this special subsidized life membership offer. The one-time life membership fee for ‘international’ members from OCI (Overseas Citizens of India) category is now nearly equal to Indian citizens.

Download the membership form from our USI website (Membership
Form)

Fill up, get it attested by two(2) full members of USI, enclose the copies of Degree certificate

Please send the documents along with a DD for Rs.10,000 in favour of "Urological Society of India" payable at Agra

Your application shall be put up for approval in the council meeting / AGB. Once your application is approved in the meeting, we shall send you the membership details.
