Dear Friends and Colleagues,
We are all aware that Urology is an
instrument-intensive specialty, in terms of our dependence upon equipment for
providing satisfactory service to our patients. You will agree that it is not
an uncommon complaint that after initially selling the equipment, the dealer
fails to provide satisfactory after-sales service; or the quality of the
equipment fails to measure up to the expectations of the buyer and the claims
of the seller. We all know that trying to elicit a satisfactory response from
the dealer in these situations can be a frustrating experience. As individuals
none of us can fight this injustice, or stop this from happening again to us by
another dealer, or to others by the same dealer. But, as a group, together we can
and we will, make the difference!
Please let us know your opinion on this subject and your suggestions to make
the services cell more effective. Please do not hesitate in writing to us
regarding any complaints or problems, of the nature mentioned above, that you
may have faced in recent times.
